The PGA of BC will take another trip to the interior next week with the always entertaining G&G Golf Company / Fletcher Leisure Group PGA of BC Pro-Assistant Championship. The event will be held on July 9-10 at Talking Rock Resort in Chase.
The event, which pairs a facilities' Head, Executive, or Head Teaching Professional with one of their Assistants' in a two day scoring format with day one a two-person scramble followed by a round of best-ball. The event combines a championship format with a social format with numerous team challenges throughout the event.

Defending champions Jeff Buder and Trevor Hay with Point Grey Golf & Country Club will be in attendance, with a rather large target on their back as they will be attempting to win their fourth Championship title (winning it outright in 2006 and co-winning in 2007).
The Championship draw will be posted this Friday afternoon, with event results posted after each day of competition on the events section of the PGA of BC website.
