PGA of BC Championship
The PGA of BC Championship is open to all Golf Professionals within the Association. Contested each August, the event has been a 36-hole, individual stroke-play championship since 2013.
The tournament debuted in 1970, marking the beginning of the Association's modern era. Initially introduced as a 36-hole championship, the tournament was staged as a 54-hole event from 1995 to 2012.
In addition to taking the title in our annual signature championship, the winner has their name etched into the William Thompson Trophy, which is named in honour of the longtime volunteer secretary to the PGA of BC.
Scott Minni and Bryn Parry hold the most PGA of BC Championship titles all-time with four victories each.
