PGA of BC Tournament of Champions history

Tournament of Champions

The PGA of BC Tournament is a unique team event that sees a Head, Executive or Head Teaching Professional partner with a Club Champion or other designated amateur from their facility to compete against similar twosomes from across the province.

The 18-hole event kicks off the Association's competition calendar each May and is contested in best-ball format.

Victoria Golf Club's three victories in the event are the most by any one facility. Several individuals have two titles in the Tournament of Champions: Professionals Greg Pidlaski, Mark Anderson, Dean Claggett, Lindsay Bernakevitch and Matthew Palsenbarg, as well as amateurs Stu Dunaway and Craig Doell.
