One of the exclusive benefits of membership with the PGA of British Columbia is the opportunity to participate in their professionally run golf events located at prestigious golf properties throughout the province. These Championship events range from 18 – 54 holes, and the formats are a challenging mix of individual stroke play to a variety of different team formats. Tournaments and Competitions generate widespread interest in the sport, ensure the caliber of our athletes remains strong and help to promote the game of golf in British Columbia. We are pleased that the PGA of BC consistently has many of the top ranked professionals in the country.
In addition to these tournaments, our membership of golf professionals will participate in a number of other golf events throughout the season, including Member-Guest Events, Team Best Ball and Scramble Competitions, Local and National Pro-Ams as well as other Local Club Events and regional tournaments. The PGA of BC also holds additional events for its membership including educational seminars, trade shows, and numerous non-golf social events.
