ENTRY FEE PER TEAM: $750 + HST
CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT AND SCORING
The scoring format for the Club Car PGA of BC Pro-Executive Championship is an 18-hole 4-person (one professional & three executives) shamble competition. Professionals should return their team scorecard with gross scores for all participants. Scorecards should be returned to the PGA of BC immediately after completion of play. Professionals will be playing for team purses and will share in a pool based on eagles and birdies made. Amateur participants will compete for team prizes.
SKINS
There is a skins game for the professionals in the Pro-Executive Championship. The cost is $20 per player and players must pre-register – skins will not be available on-site. If you have not already done so and wish to be entered in the skins game, please call the PGA of BC office to register.
TOURNAMENT DRAW
A tournament draw will be finalized by Friday, July 2nd and will be posted in the Tournament Section at www.pgabc.org.
PRACTICE ROUNDS
Practice rounds for out of town teams are available on Sunday July 4th after 2pm. There is no cost for competitors and power carts will be available for $25. Please call the Morningstar pro shop to reserve a time. Times other than this should be booked through Head Professional Steve Phillips. Times and rates will vary based on availability.
REGISTRATION
Upon arrival please check in your bag then proceed to register your team. A team registration package and tee gifts are available at registration. Also, please be prepared to update the handicap factors of your team members.
Play will begin with a 1:00pm shotgun start. Please have your team registered and ready to play 15 minutes prior to the starting time.

POWER CARTS
Power carts are mandatory and are included with your entry fee. All Club Car carts will have signs on them stating your facility name and starting hole. Please ensure you are in your golf cart by 12:45 pm as it will take a few minutes to travel to your allocated hole.
CHAMPIONSHIP DINNER AND AWARDS
Following play, a cocktail reception and championship dinner will be held in the tent adjacent to the Clubhouse beginning at approximately 6:00 pm and 6:45 pm respectively. All teams are required to attend the reception, dinner and prize presentation.
Please note that the PGA of British Columbia Dress Code BUSINESS INFORMAL will be in effect for all professionals at the post-tournament reception. Please inform your team you will be adhering to the PGA of BC dress code and that the executives may dress in their golf attire or business attire as they wish.
Business Informal for men: Sport Jacket, dress shirt and slacks, dress shoes. Business Informal for women: Sport jacket, slacks or dress skirt and collard shirt or a dress, dress shoes.
