CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT AND SCORING
The scoring format for the Club Car PGA of BC Pro-Executive Championship is an 18-hole shamble competition. Professionals should return their team scorecard with gross scores for all participants. Scorecards should be returned to the PGA of BC immediately after completion of play. Professionals will be playing for team and individual purses. Amateur participants will compete for team prizes.
SKINS
There is a skins game for the professionals in the Pro-Executive Championship. The cost is $20 per player and players must pre-register – skins will not be available on-site. If you have not already done so and wish to be entered in the skins game, please call the PGA of BC office to register.
TOURNAMENT DRAW
A tournament draw will be finalized and distributed by Friday, July 4th and will also be posted here.
REGISTRATION
Upon arrival please check in your bag then proceed to register your team. A team registration package and tee gifts are available at registration. Also, please be prepared to update the handicap factors of your team members.
Play will begin with a 1:30 pm shotgun start. Please have your team registered and ready to play 15 minutes prior to the starting time.

PRACTICE ROUNDS
Practice rounds may be booked by calling Head Professional Andrew Smart at 604.938.9898. Times will be available after 12:00 pm on Sunday, July 6th at a cost of $99.50, including power cart, for amateurs and complimentary for PGA of BC Professionals. These times will be reserved for out-of-town teams. Local area teams are strongly suggested to reserve a time 2-3 weeks prior to the event
POWER CARTS
Power carts are mandatory and are included with your entry fee. All Club Cars will have signs on them stating your facility name and starting hole. Please ensure you are in your golf cart by 1:15 pm as it will take a few minutes to travel to your allocated hole.
CHAMPIONSHIP DINNER AND AWARDS
Following play, a cocktail reception and championship dinner will be held in the Nicklaus North Clubhouse beginning at approximately 6:30 pm and 7:00 pm respectively. All teams are required to attend the reception, dinner and prize presentation.
Please note that the PGA of British Columbia Dress Code BUSINESS INFORMAL will be in effect for all professionals at the post-tournament reception. Please inform your team you will be adhering to the PGA of BC dress code and that the executives may dress in their golf attire or business attire as they wish.
Business Informal for men: Sport Jacket, dress shirt and slacks, dress shoes. Business Informal for women: Sport jacket, slacks or dress skirt and collard shirt or a dress, dress shoes.

DIRECTIONS TO NICKLAUS NORTH GOLF COURSE

From Vancouver: Leave Vancouver via Route 99 across the Lions Gate Bridge or the Trans Canada Highway across the Second Narrow Bridge. Both routes connect to follow Route 99, the “Sea to Sky Highway”, north. The drive usually takes about 1 hour 45 minutes, however please be advised the Sea to Sky Highway is currently undergoing major renovations and construction delays are to be expected.
Once you reach Whistler proceed through six (6) traffic lights. Approximately three (3) kilometers north of the village centre you will go over an overpass and see the golf course on your right. Watch for the Nicklaus North sign. Turn right onto Nicklaus North Boulevard. Follow the road until it ends and you’ll have arrived.
