CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION
This is an invitation only event for PGA of BC sponsors and members of the B.C. media. EVENT FORMAT AND SCORING
The scoring format for the Sponsor-Media Invitational is an 18-hole team 2 best net format using the Callaway Handicap system. Scorecards with gross scores for all players should be returned to the PGA of BC immediately after completion of play. All participants will be playing for team prizes. TOURNAMENT DRAW A tournament draw will be finalized by Friday, May 29th and will be emailed to you. You will also be able to find it in the Tournament & Events section beside the event link. Play will begin with a 1:00 pm crossover tee time start. Please be registered and ready to play 15 minutes prior to your starting time. REGISTRATION Upon arrival please register as soon as possible upon your arrival. A registration/media package and tee gift will be handed out upon registration. LUNCH An informal BBQ lunch will be offered prior to golf starting at 12:00pm. ITINERARY 11:30 am - Registration & Practice Facility open to participants

1:00 pm - Crossover Tee Times Start
Post Golf - Cocktail Reception and Prizes PRACTICE FACILITY Practice balls will be provided for all participants. POWER CARTS Power carts will be provided for all guests. COCKTAIL RECEPTION & AWARDS Following play, a cocktail reception and awards presentation will be held on the patio, weather permitting, beginning at approximately 5:30pm.
