CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT AND SCORING
The scoring format for the PGA of BC TaylorMade & adidas Golf Tournament of Champions is an 18-hole best ball format. Professionals should return their team scorecard with the team score only. Scorecards should be returned to the PGA of BC immediately after completion of play.
PROFESSIONAL PURSE & AMATEUR PRIZING
All participants will be playing for team prizes, paid out to Professionals in the form of a $9,000 cash purse ($1,600 top prize) and to amateurs in the form of merchandise and credit in the golf shop at Crown Isle for TaylorMade and adidas merchandise.
In addition to the tournament purse, title sponsors TaylorMade and adidas Golf are offering a cash incentive to any professional playing the PENTA golf ball in this event. If the tournament winner is playing a PENTA, he will receive an additional $1,000, a 2nd place finish with a PENTA will receive $500 and a third-place finish with a PENTA ball is worth $250.
TOURNAMENT DRAW
A tournament draw will be finalized by Friday, May 28th and will be posted in the Tournament Section of www.pgabc.org.
Play will begin with a 1:00 pm shotgun start. Please have your team registered and ready to play 15 minutes prior to the starting time.
PRACTICE ROUNDS
Practice rounds should be booked by calling Head Professional Jason Andrew at 250.703.5000. Sunday May 30th between 1-4pm has been reserved for practice rounds at $60 including cart. These times are intended out-of-town teams. Local teams are encouraged to play their practice round several weeks in advance.

Upon arrival please register your team as soon as possible. A team registration package and tee gifts will be available upon registration.

PRACTICE FACILITY
Practice balls will be provided for all participants. Tournament sponsor TaylorMade will be on hand with their latest equipment at the driving range for all participants to demo.
LOCKERS AND SHOWERS
Shower facilities will be available in the clubhouse. Lockers will not be available at this event however there will be storage for suit bags available in the locker room if needed.
POWER CARTS
Motorized carts will be permitted for medical reasons only and should be booked directly through the Pro Shop.
NO ALCOHOL is to be consumed during the course of play at this event
CHAMPIONSHIP DINNER AND AWARDS
Following play, a cocktail reception and championship dinner will be held in the Clubhouse beginning at approximately 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm respectively. All teams are required to attend the reception, dinner and prize presentation. The fine for PGA of BC members not attending a mandatory post-round function is $200.
Please note the PGA of British Columbia Dress Code BUSINESS FORMAL will be in effect for all professionals and amateurs require a jacket and tie at the post-tournament reception and dinner. Please inform your playing partner that they must wear a jacket and tie to conform to the Crown Isle Resort dress code.
