CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT AND SCORING
The scoring format for the Links Golf Cafe PGA of BC Women’s Championship is a 36-hole stroke play competition. Scorecards should be returned to the PGA of BC scoring table immediately after completion of play.
PACE OF PLAY POLICY
The new 2009 Pace of Play policy instituted by the Board of Directors will be strictly enforced for this year’s Championship. Please familiarize yourself with the new policy for 2009.

We ask that all participants please make every effort to attend the presentation. In accordance with the PGA of BC Tournament Manual, the top three prize winners must be in attendance at the prize presentation (unless the Captain gives consent). There is a fine for not attending.
PGA of BC dress code GOLF CASUAL will be in effect for all post-golf gatherings.
TOURNAMENT DRAW
A draw will be prepared by Friday, June 26th and posted in the Tournament Section at www.pgabc.org.
PRACTICE ROUNDS
Practice rounds are available by calling Graham Rudd at 604.552.0777 at least two weeks prior to the event. Local participants are strongly encouraged to play their practice round at least 2-3 weeks prior to the Championship.
DISTANCE MEASURING DEVICES
The use of electronic distance measuring devices is permitted in PGA of BC events. Those devices capable of measuring distance ONLY will be permitted. Devices capable of measuring other factors, such as elevation change, are NOT permitted.
REGISTRATION & SCORING STATION
Upon arrival please proceed to the registration table located in front foyer of the Clubhouse. Note: if you wish to purchase extra lunch tickets they will be available for sale at the registration desk for $20.
Immediately after play please remember to proceed to the designated scoring area and submit your scorecard.
CHAMPIONSHIP AWARDS
Following second round play on Tuesday an awards reception and presentation will be held in the Swan-e-set Clubhouse. Prize cheques will be issued to all winners at the event. Please make every effort to stay until the awards presentation has concluded.
