CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT AND SCORING
The scoring format for the TaylorMade PGA of BC Tournament of Champions is an 18-hole best ball format. All participants will be playing for team prizes, paid out to Professionals in the form of a cash purse and to amateurs in the form of gift certificate good for TaylorMade – adidas merchandise in the golf shop at Tobiano.
TOURNAMENT DRAW
A tournament draw will be finalized by Friday, May 16th and will be distributed to all participants.
Play will begin with a 1:00 pm shotgun start. Please have your team registered and ready to play 15 minutes prior to the starting time.
PRACTICE ROUNDS
Practice rounds should be booked by calling Head Professional Miles Mortensen at 250.314.0660. Times will be available after 12:00 pm on both Saturday, May 17th and Sunday, May 18th at a cost of $90.00 + GST, including power cart, for amateurs and complimentary green fees for PGA of BC Professionals. These times are for out-of-town teams ONLY. Local teams are encouraged to play their practice round several weeks in advance.
BAG DROP & REGISTRATION
Bag drop will be located in front of the pro shop entrance. Registration is stationed near the bag drop. Upon arrival, please check in your bag and then proceed to register your team. A team registration package and tee gifts will be given to you upon registration.

PRACTICE FACILITY
Practice balls will be provided for all participants. Tournament sponsor TaylorMade will be on hand with their latest equipment at the driving range for all participants to sample.
POWER CARTS
Power carts are mandatory and are included with your entry fee. All carts will have signs on them, stating your name and starting hole. Please ensure that you are in your golf cart by 12:45 pm, as it will take a few minutes to travel to your allocated hole.
CHAMPIONSHIP DINNER AND AWARDS
Following play, a cocktail reception and championship dinner will be held in the Clubhouse beginning at approximately 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm respectively. All teams are required to attend the reception, dinner and prize presentation.
Please note that the PGA of British Columbia Dress Code BUSINESS INFORMAL will be in effect for all professionals at the post-tournament reception and dinner. Please inform your partner that you will be adhering to the PGA of BC dress code and that he may dress in golf attire or business attire as he wishes.
Business Informal: sport jacket, golf slacks, dress shirt and dress shoes
