CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT AND SCORING
18-hole two net best-ball competition. Please record gross scores only. Professionals will be playing for both team and individual prize purses. Skins may be entered on the entry form only and will not be available on site.

11:30 am Registration & Practice Facility Open
1:15 pm Participants to report to their holes
1:30 pm Shotgun Start
6:30 pm Cocktail Reception
7:00 pm Championship Dinner and Awards
PRACTICE ROUNDS
Practice round times can be booked by contacting Head Professional Dale Schienbein at 604.929.2611. PGA of BC members are afforded complimentary rounds while visitors will pay the standard Seymour guest rate. Local area teams are strongly encouraged to reserve a time 2-3 weeks prior to the event.
TOURNAMENT DRAW
A tournament draw will be finalized by Friday, June 11th and will be posted in the Tournament Section at www.pgabc.org. Please take the time to look at the tentative draw and confirm that all the information is correct (names spelled correctly, etc.). If you have not already provided the names and handicaps of your team please ensure this is done ASAP.
REGISTRATION
Upon arrival please check in your bags at the bag drop and proceed to register your team and pick up your team registration package and tee gifts. Also, please be prepared to update the handicap factors of your team members.
DINNER & AWARDS
Following play a cocktail reception will take place in the clubhouse. Dinner will be served at approximately 7:00pm. Attendance at the dinner is mandatory. All teams are required to attend the reception, dinner and prize presentation. The fine for not attending a mandatory post-round function is $200.
PGA of British Columbia dress code BUSINESS FORMAL is in effect for all professionals at the Pro-Women Championship dinner. Please notify your amateur teammates that you will be adhering to the dress code and they may dress as they wish. The awards presentation will immediately follow dinner.
Business Formal for men: Sport jacket or suit jacket, necktie, dress slacks and dress shirt, dress shoes. Business Formal for women: sport jacket or suit jacket, dress slacks or skirt and blouse, or dress, dress shoes.
POWER CARTS
Power carts are mandatory and are included with your entry fee. All carts will have signs on them stating your facility name and starting hole. Please ensure you are in your golf cart by 1:15 pm as it will take a few minutes to travel to your allocated hole.
