Why did you become a PGA of Canada Professional?
It was so long ago I forget.
What is the most rewarding part about being a member of the PGA of BC?
Being a part of a recognized organization.
At which golf facility did you first begin working within the industry, and who was the PGA Professional?
It wasn't quite the first, but the first memorable job-Deerfield Golf Club in Milton Ontario, John Phelan was the Head Professional at that time.
Who has influenced your career the most, and how?
My Dad, he used to say I can do anything I want.
What career path led you to where you are today?
I wanted an adventure, and sports is something I am familiar with.
Which significant accomplishments are you most proud of?
Showing young girls they can break gender barriers in the workplace.
If you had to share one piece of advice with a new member of our Association, what would it be?
Always act professionally and with patience.
What is your most cherished golf memory?
Golfing with family.
What is your favourite golf course in British Columbia, and why?
I love Tower Ranch in Kelowna-it is beautiful and challenging.
What is a common misconception that golfers make about what your job entails?
Some think I play golf a lot! HA Ha, no time to do that, just like most working people.
What is an interesting fact about yourself that doesn't involve golf?
Not sure if it is interesting but I like learning about ecommerce
