Trevor Moore

Trevor is a neurodivergent husband, father, entrepreneur, speaker, and award-winning resiliency coach. He helps people like you bounce back stronger, regulate their nervous system, and take aligned action without burning out or selling their soul to hustle culture.

Trevor's work blends science-backed tools with lived experience. He has coached hundreds of leaders, athletes, and changemakers across Canada, including his role as Health & Wellness Coordinator for the Medicine Hat College Rattlers.

Trevor teaches others how to slow down without stopping, feel deeply without drowning, and lead confidently without burning out. He helps you work with your brain, not against it.

Scott McClain
