Laird White, Head Professional: Cedar Hill Golf Course

Bio:
Laird White was voted the 2011 Coach of the Year for Developmental Athletes. He is a Canadian PGA Head Teaching Professional and is the Head Teaching Professional at The National Golf Club of Canada. The National is Canada's number one ranked golf course.

Laird has built an extensive body of knowledge and a reputation for excellence by conducting world-class educational programs with “Strive for Excellence”, a leading junior development program developed by Henry Brunton, Canada’s National Men’s Coach and only Canadian Top 100 Instructor. Additionally, he has studied with over 20 of the Top 100 Instructors in North America. His support and commitment towards junior golf development has inspired many young Canadian golfers to enjoy the game at the highest level. Through his coaching and education, Laird has worked with many of Canada’s best junior, amateur, and professional golfers.

Prior his role as Head Teaching Professional, Laird built innovative learning programs and temendous momentum at The Georgian Bay Club. Laird also specialized as the Lead Club Fitter for the Titleist Fitting Centre at Eagles Nest. During this tenure he quickly became an expert on TrackMan technology. This knowledge and expertise has earned him a second title as Canadian Sales Representative for TrackMan. Through his work with TrackMan Laird supports golf educators throughout the country. He enables coaches to obtain a greater understanding of key ball flight and club delivery characteristics.

Laird is the first Canadian to become a member of the Certified Golf Coaches Association. He is a Proponent Group member and is a certified Golf Psych Instructor. Laird’s infectious personality, diverse skill sets, and extensive expertise in coaching and club fitting make him a one of Canada’s elite golf coaches.

 

Jordan Murphy, Class "A" Professional: Iron Core Peformance 

Bio: 
Jordan Murphy is a PGA of Canada Class A Professional and Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in helping golfers move better, stay healthy, and perform at a higher level. His approach combines golf instruction and fitness to support long term development, reduce injury, and help golfers play more and enjoy the game.

 

Adrien Wright, Class "A" Professional: Crowne Isle Golf Resort & Community 

Bio:
Adrien Wright, Head Teaching Professional at Crown Isle Golf Resort & Community. Raised in the Comox Valley, Adrien joined the PGA of BC in 2005 during his time at the PGM program at Camosun College. He spend some time in Vancouver and Kelowna before moving to Calgary in 2010. In Calgary, Adrien met his wife and it is where his kids (Charli and Gavin) were born. In 2023, Adrien made the return to his home club of Crown Isle to be their Head Teaching Professional. Adrien has been given one task by ownership, to build a premium golf academy and lesson experience for their members and guests.
