The PGA of BC advises all interested parties that exhibitor registration is NOW CLOSED. We are extremely pleased to announce that our 2025 Fall Trade Show has seen a significant increase in the number of attending exhibitors and represented brands as compared to our 2024 event! Thank you to all of our registered vendors - we look forward to seeing you at the show.

NOTE: Registration is now also closed for the PGA of BC Hockey Game. If you have any additional questions about the game, please reach out to the PGA of BC Office Team.

The event is schedule to take place October 27 to 29, 2025 at the Langley Events Centre. The Association is also pleased to announce the return of a member & vendor hockey game, which will take place the evening of October 27 after vendor move-in.

Also taking place on the evening of October 28, the Association will proudly be recognizing deserving golf professionals and industry peers at the 2025 Awards Celebration presented by Tribal.

2025 Fall Trade Show Event Schedule

Monday, October 27
Priority Move-In: 2:00PM to 4:00PM
General Move-In: 4:00PM to 8:00PM
Trade Show Hockey Game: 6:00PM to 9:00PM (estimated)

Tuesday, October 28
Show Start Time: 9:00AM
Show End Time: 5:00PM
PGA of BC Awards Celebration: 6:00PM to 9:00PM (estimated)

Wednesday, October 29
Show Start Time: 9:00AM
Show End Time: 2:00PM
Move-Out: 2:00PM to 5:00PM

Booth Pricing Details:
First Booth: $1,850 + GST
Additional Booths: $1,350 + GST each

Each 10'x8' Booth Includes:
- one 2'x6' skirted display table
- two side chairs
- one 120 volt electrical outlet

Langley Events Centre, host facility of the 2025 PGA of BC Fall Trade Show & Awards Celebration
