PGA of BC 2026 Awards nominations are now open

Richmond, BC (PGA of BC) - The PGA of BC is proud to announce that the nomination period for the 2026 Awards is now open! The nomination period will remain open until Thursday, August 27 at 11:59pm PT.

All PGA of BC members, as well as members of the general public, are invited to nominate deserving candidates across the Association's award categories.

The 2026 Awards process features a revised format. Following the nomination period, nominees will complete an initial information form before Regional Awards Committees narrow each category to four nominees within their respective regions.

Regional nominees will be announced September 11, with PGA of BC members voting from September 11–24 to determine their region's award recipients. Regional winners will then complete a more detailed information package for consideration by the Provincial Awards Committee, which will select the 2026 provincial award recipients by October 9.

Provincial winners will be announced at the PGA of BC Awards Celebration presented by Golf Trends, taking place Tuesday, October 27 at the Langley Events Centre. Provincial winners will also be forwarded as the PGA of BC's nominees for the corresponding PGA of Canada Awards.

The PGA of British Columbia Awards are presented each fall. These honours recognize the individuals and golf facilities that serve as leaders in our Association. Acknowledging and honouring them helps elevate the profile of every PGA of BC member in the eyes of the public.

Members are reminded that active campaigning for nominations is discouraged, as multiple entries/nominations will not affect the committee's decisions.
