PGA of BC welcomes Jen Musey as Programs Manager

PGA of BC welcomes Jen Musey as Programs Manager

April 30, 2026

Richmond, BC (PGA of British Columbia) - The PGA of BC is pleased to welcome Jen Musey as the Association’s new Programs Manager, bringing with her a diverse background in hospitality, sales, and customer experience, along with a clear passion for the game of golf.

Musey’s career path has been rooted in people-focused industries, beginning with front desk roles at major hotel brands including the Pan Pacific and Marriott. From there, she transitioned into beverage sales, working as a Sales Representative with Molson Coors before advancing into a District Sales Manager role with Arterra Wines. Across each step, Musey developed a strong foundation in relationship building, program execution, and delivering high-level customer experiences.

A graduate of the University of Calgary with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Musey later expanded her skill set by earning a Diploma in Graphic Design from BCIT. That combination of operational and creative experience positions her well to support and evolve the PGA of BC’s suite of member programs and initiatives.

Away from the office, Musey is an avid golfer, a sport she discovered later in life that quickly became a central passion. She also enjoys tennis and paddleboarding, and has a strong interest in food and beverage culture, particularly when it comes to thoughtful beer and wine pairings. A self-described traveler, she has set a personal goal to play at least one golf course on every trip, with a long-term ambition of attending The Masters.

“What excites me most is getting to be around golf every day,” said Musey. “I discovered the game later in life, and it quickly became a passion. Now it feels like a personal mission to help grow the game and make it feel more accessible, welcoming, and fun for everyone.”

In her role as Programs Manager, Musey will help lead the development and delivery of initiatives designed to engage PGA of BC members and enhance their overall experience with the Association.

“When members interact with the PGA of BC’s programs and initiatives, I hope they leave feeling energized and engaged,” she added. “Golf always gives us that one great moment, sometimes just a single shot, that keeps us coming back. If our programs help create more of those moments, then we’re doing our job.”

Musey officially started her new role yesterday, April 29. The PGA of BC looks forward to the impact she will bring to its programming and membership experience.

For any members wishing to welcome Musey to the Association, she can be reached at jen@pgabc.org.
