PGA of BC welcomes KAILANI Outdoors as Tournament of Champions Presenting Sponsor

April 10, 2026

Richmond, BC (PGA of British Columbia) - The PGA of BC is pleased to announce KAILANI Outdoors as the Presenting Sponsor of the 2026 PGA of BC Tournament of Champions, set to take place May 25 at Black Mountain Golf Club in Kelowna.

KAILANI Outdoors produces insulated coolers, drinkware, and other outdoor essentials designed for everyday adventure. This new partnership will see KAILANI support one of the PGA of BC’s premier events while connecting the brand with golf facilities and professionals throughout the province.

“KAILANI is excited for the opportunity to support and celebrate excellence in professional and amateur golf across British Columbia,” said KAILANI Outdoors National Sales Manager Curtis Butler. “Partnering with the PGA of BC gives KAILANI a meaningful way to connect with golf professionals and facilities throughout the province while giving back to the association that supports us.”

The PGA of BC Tournament of Champions is a team event that pairs a Head, Executive or Head Teaching Professional with their club’s champion to compete against teams from facilities across the province.

Last year, Victoria Golf Club’s Lindsay Bernakevitch and Craig Doell won the event for their record-tying third all-time Tournament of Champions title. The pair matched the three championships won by Point Grey Golf & Country Club’s Dave Zibrik and Jeff Dagg.

Butler said that the partnership was a natural fit for KAILANI given the shared values between the brand and PGA of BC professionals.

“At KAILANI, our brand is built around quality, integrity, and a deep appreciation for the golf community - values that closely mirror those of PGA of BC professionals,” said Butler.

“Their dedication to professionalism, mentorship, and growing the game aligns strongly with KAILANI’s commitment to supporting the people and communities that support us. By partnering with the PGA of BC, KAILANI is proud to stand alongside professionals who inspire players of all levels and help strengthen the golf community across British Columbia.”

The PGA of BC extends its appreciation to Butler and BC Sales Representative Clay Atkinson for their support of this partnership.
