The 2026 competitive season kicks off with the PING Tournament of Champions presented by KAILANI Outdoors, taking place at Black Mountain Golf Club. Victoria Golf Club's Lindsay Bernakevitch and Craig Doell won the championship last year, their record-tying third victory as a team.

Black Mountain Executive Professional Russ Latimer is excited to host many of the province's top professionals and amateur club champions.

"May is one of our favourite months. The course is in excellent shape, the grass is lush, and the Okanagan is starting to show off a bit. We’re proud of the relaxed, welcoming vibe at Black Mountain, so players can expect a competitive test, and a fun, social atmosphere off the course," said Latimer.

Seymour Creek Golf Centre’s Steven Lecuyer will look to make it a record-breaking four straight wins at the Play Golf BC Assistants’ Championship, scheduled for June 8-9 at The Dunes at Kamloops.

The Seniors’ Championship presented by Honma Golf & Wolfe Jack Supply Co., and the Women’s Championship presented by Honma Golf & Wolfe Jack Supply Co., will take place concurrently at Pitt Meadows Golf Club on June 22-23. Richmond Country Club's Doug Morgan won his third Seniors' title in 2025, while Jaya Rampuri (GreenTee Country Club Langley) took the 2025 Women's Championship in an impressive victory.

Pitt Meadows Head Professional Wes Doka said the club has undergone many improvements in recent seasons and looks forward to showcasing the course to his peers across the province.

"Over the past several years, the Club has completed significant facility enhancements, including a full renovation of the lower lounges and café area. These upgraded spaces will provide an improved experience for all competitors and guests throughout the championship," said Doka. "The golf course continues to evolve ensuring a high-quality and competitive playing environment. Pitt Meadows Golf Club, staff, and members look forward to welcoming all participants and guests for what promises to be an outstanding championship."

Following a spectacular win by Seymour Creek Golf Centre's James Legault and Steven Lecuyer in 2025, the G&G Brands & Callaway Golf Pro-Assistant Championship is set for Campbell River Golf Club on July 6-7.

The remaining championships will see their registration open on June 1. Members are encouraged to register for tournaments as early as possible, as spaces are projected to fill up quickly.
