Practice Rounds
Tee time block reserved for 12:30pm-6:00pm
The tee time block will be released a week prior to the Sunday, players are encouraged to book a practice round ASAP.

Withdrawal Policies
- Registrants will be charged a $50 administration fee if withdrawing within 30 days before the start of the event.
- Withdrawals within 14 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the entry fee, unless the position is filled by another player.
- Waitlisted members without priority will be notified of open spots 21 days before the event.
- Registration becomes first-come, first-served 21 days before the event.
**If a waiting list exists, entry fees may be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee should the position be filled by another player.
Championship Format
Scorecards should be returned to the PGA of BC scoring table immediately after completion of play. It is the player's responsibility to ensure there are 18 scores and two signatures on his/her scorecard.
Registration & Scoring
Upon arrival please proceed directly to registration. Please ensure you are at the 1st tee at least 10 minutes before your scheduled tee time. Failure to turn in your scorecard after your round could lead to disqualification.
Championship Awards
Following second-round play on Tuesday, an awards reception and presentation will take place at Kamloops Golf & Country Club. Attendance is mandatory for top-five finishers. Please make every effort to stay until the awards presentation has concluded. Prize cheques will be mailed within 5 business days.
Rules & Regulations
Distance Measuring Devices
A player may obtain distance information by use of a distance-measuring device. If a player uses such a device to gauge or measure other conditions that might affect play (e.g., elevation changes, wind speed, etc.), the player is in breach of Rule 14-3.
Subsequent breach — disqualification.
Power Carts
Caddies
Caddies are permitted. A player must not have another player in the competition, who has played or will play in the same round, as their caddy during a round.
