byelection that
concluded last week.
McDonald, a 16-year member of the PGA of BC,
will
complete a two-year term covering
2010 and 2011.
The byelection came about due
to the resignation of
Shawn Paduano, who had been

A total of eight candidates put their names forward for the board position. The other candidates were Ray Gilkes of Point Grey G&CC, Matt Hardman of The Redwoods GC, Mark Lindsay of Okanagan GC, Brice MacDermott of Black Mountain GC, Travis Mann of Granite Pointe GC, Kirk Nederpelt of Sunshine Coast G&CC, and Tom Whittle of Swan-e-Set Bay Resort.
