RICHMOND, BC (PGA of BC) - The PGA of BC is excited to share our Spring education schedule, offering Association members the opportunity to partake in professional development through a collection of diverse learning occasions. We are thrilled to be hosting education events through our PGA of BC Education Seminar, and new this year, the Interactive Education Series presented by Foresight Sports Canada.

We are incredibly excited to welcome many incredible speakers to the Education Seminar, including Ralph Bauer, Director of Instruction at Hamilton Golf & Country Club and founder of the Tour Read Golf Green Reading System; Sarah Spain, ESPN reporter, columnist, and host; and Mark Crossfield, Professional golf instructor and YouTube sensation, among other impressive presenters.
Starting in 2024, the PGA of BC is revamping its traditional education series approach, shifting from four large-scale gatherings to smaller, more interactive sessions. This new series will initially concentrate on practical, hands-on learning, focusing on three key areas: golf mechanics, fitness, and club building. The golf mechanics sessions will cover swing techniques and technical skills, while the fitness workshops will address golfer-specific exercises and injury prevention. The club building workshops will explore the intricacies of designing and tailoring golf clubs to individual preferences and needs. This change aims to offer PGA of BC members a more personalized learning experience, enhancing their professional skills in a more direct and applicable manner.
