FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE RICHMOND, B.C. (April 25, 2014) - The PGA of British Columbia in partnership with the Vancouver Canucks are proud to introduce Canucks Junior Golf Week, presented by Odlum Brown Limited. This new community partnership and program is designed to help children and youth from across British Columbia stay active and engaged in sport beyond the hockey season.
Congratulations to Tom Monaghan of Fraserview Golf Course, who successfully retained his position as British Columbia's Representative on the PGA of Canada Board. Due to recent changes to the National Not-for-Profit Act, Tom's re-appointment no longer allows him to serve on conflicting Boards. As a result of Tom's re-election, he will step down from the PGA of BC Board of Directors, effective Thursday April 24th.
