A five-time recipient of the PGA of BC's Jack Westover Coach of the Year Award and the current head coach of Golf Canada's Junior Men's National Team, Ratcliffe has a proven track record of helping talented players unlock their full potential. In this presentation, Ratcliffe will discuss his process for tailoring an athlete's development plan, the main contributing factors towards program development, and program content through five major areas: technical, tactical, physical, mental & health/lifestyle/environment.
